Venous blood sample if you already have a blood test kit
Service Description
We can offer a venous blood draw (phlebotomy service) if you have already purchased a private blood test kit. Please note this in not for finger prick testing. Before your test you should check the instructions from your service provider to see if you need to fast (avoid eating or drinking anything except water) before coming into clinic. You should make sure that you keep yourself hydrated, by drinking lots of water which will make you feel calmer, and help with the blood draw. Following the draw the sample will be labelled and retuned to you. You will be required to send your own sample to the lab with the instructions provided in the kit. You will receive the results form the provider and not us. Age 16+
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to receive a refund.
