Please note a small PPE charge may be added to any aerosol generating procedures ( such as fillings). Although we are absorbing most of the cost a fraction it is being passed onto patients.
If you can't keep your appointment please give us at least 48 hours notice so we may give your appointment to some one else. Short notice cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Terms & Conditions
To keep you fully informed of our policies please note the following:
There is a once only £10 administration joining fee which will be taken at your first monthly collection.
Your monthly payments will be taken on or around the 10th of each month by our administrators Privilege Plan Ltd and their name will appear on your bank statement.
Your benefits will commence following your first monthly payment and you can enjoy one of your plan entitlement appointments, from as little as 2 months for medical and 3 months for the dental after joining the plan.
You will not be asked to sign a contract and you may leave the plan at any time by contacting your bank or building society or directly with Privilege Plan Ltd on 01536 771219.
If your Direct Debit payments fail twice consecutively we may cancel your membership.
Patients are responsible for making and attending appointments provided by the plan.
Entitlements not used in any given period may not be carried forward or refunded.
Your membership is continuous and does not require renewing each year.
In the unlikely event of you cancelling your plan you may be required to pay for your last appointment and we reserve the right to recover any discounts applied to treatment completed in the previous six-month period.
Once booked, if you fail to attend a GP consultation, Dental exam or Hygiene appointment which is part of your plan entitlement, you may not be able to re-book the missed appointment again as one of your yearly entitlements.
Our plans are administered by Privilege plan LTD and their name will appear on your bank statement as the collector of your direct debits
