Are you due to travel and have tested positive for COVID 19 in the last six months? As you can still test positive after recovery for 90 days you may not be able to do a PCR or antigen test to allow entry to certain countries.


Some countries now accept COVID 19 recovery certificate to prove you have recovered form COVID and are symptom free. Our doctor will assess the information you give over the phone and issue you with a certificate.

  • Issued from 10 days after positive result (day 0 is the day you test positive)


Please check eligibility of the destination county you are visiting to see if they will accept the certificate and validity period, for example 30 days after a positive result or 90 days. 

How does it work?


  1. Please complete the booking form.

  2. We will contact you to arrange a time for the phone assessment and take payment.

  3. Email the proof of a positive result and a copy of your passport to The result must be a laboratory produced result or a NHS test result notification and must include your name and date of birth with the date of the test as well. We cannot accept picture of cassettes that have been taken at home, they need to be verified by a professional. 

  4. You should be symptom free for 48 hours.  

  5. After the phone consultation, the certificate will be prepared and emailed to you within the time frame you have chosen.  

  6. It is your responsibility to check the details on the certifcatge is correct and it meets the requirement of your destination country. If there is anything specifc you would like to add to the certificate please let us know. We will not be held responsible if you are refused entry onto a flight due to the certificate not being valid.
